I need your support.

I purchased a domain and hosting from this website. I made the mentioned payment for the domain for one year, but after the payment, they did not activate my domain. When I contacted their support section to ask for the reason, they informed me via email that my selected domain is a premium one, which costs significantly more. When I asked for further details, they provided vague responses. I feel that they are either unable or unwilling to clearly explain the situation to customers.

Following my elder brother’s advice, I am reporting this issue here. The hosting I purchased for half a year appears to be active. However, the whole situation seems quite unclear to me.
